We work with patients who are:
- Are actively using opioids and want to start treatment
- Are in acute opioid withdrawal
- Are transitioning from detox, rehab, or hospitalization
- Are stable on Suboxone or Subutex and need continuation of care
- Are struggling with kratom or kava dependence

- Suboxone (Bupernorphine/Naloxone)
- Subutex (Bupernorphine)

Medications are often covered by insurance even though our clinic is out of network with all insurance plans.
